The Blake Brightman Band exists at the crossroads of the modern West and rock n’ roll – where cowboy songs meet overdriven guitar solos.
Fronted by powerful female vocalist Blake Brightman, whose voice channels a lifetime of pain and experience into honest songwriting. Born in the south but shaped in the American west, Blake has built her sound the hard way – through miles, mistakes, and songs that don’t hide where they came from. There’s a tension in the music that defines it and the lyrics read like lived experience. You’ll hear a couple of fantastical murder ballads that she wrote along the way, too.
On stage, the band leans all the way in. Known for their fearless, outlaw-spirited performance style, they bring a take-no-prisoners type of energy that is equal parts honky-tonk and rock n’ roll. A staple in the Montana music scene, the band has shared stages with touring artists like Ryan Bingham, Nikki Lane, Kenny Feidler and the Cowboy Killers, and Ronnie and the Redwoods – earning a reputation in the outlaw country crowd.
